We want you to love your tonies® apparel, but if your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will also be sent directly to your email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
